The Roosevelt’s and Campobello Island Tour
A two for one experience!! Visit the Franklin D. Roosevelt’s summer home on Campobello Island and en route on your catamaran boat enjoy Mother Nature at its best. See an abundance of wildlife in the rich feeding grounds of the Bay of Fundy, from many species of whales, seals, porpoise, eagles, and seabirds. On your way you will pass many islands and passages where tidal currents are strong. Upon arrival at Campobello Island you will walk past beautiful flower gardens which lead to the FDR and Eleanor’s magnificent 34 room residence. Interpretative guides are provided for both the home and gardens. The Roosevelt-Campobello International Park stands as a memorial and symbol of the close friendship between Canada and the United States. A minimum of 35 passengers is required to operate this excursion.

Enjoy a private guided tour of the award winning Kingsbrae Garden, a magnificent 27-acre public horticultural garden, recently named to the "Top Five North American Gardens Worth Travelling For" at the 2011 international Garden Tourism Conference. Andreas Haun, award-winning manager of Kingsbrae, will guide you through the wonders of the garden on this exclusive tour. Built on the grounds of several grand old estates, Kingsbrae Garden has superb collections of over 50,000 perennials in many themed gardens, engaging animals, a brand-new National Sculpture Competition, ponds, streams, old-growth Acadian forest, activities for children and much more. Take in the splendid gardens and views of the Passamaquoddy.
