Our talented and creative chefs ensure the cuisine is as much a part of your experience as the places you visit and the people you meet.
From locally-inspired dishes to daily, fresh-from-the-oven desserts and breads, our chefs work to reflect the very best a region has to offer. Complimentary wine and beer are served with lunch and dinner. And because food is a personal experience, with a little advanced notice, we can accommodate any dietary restrictions or help make any occasion extra special.
Each meal, passengers mix and mingle, getting to know everyone onboard with great conversation. As guests indulge in each culinary masterpiece, they can admire the passing scenery through the large windows, the perfect setting to reflect on the day’s adventures.
